Family Financial Benefit Program

Sometimes it’s the little things that count.  When Caitlyn was sick, the little things were sometimes so important to help keep some form of continuity, comfort or just make life a little easier.  Oftentimes, one less thing to worry about can be one of the ‘little things’ that can make a big difference in the life of a family coping with cancer.

The Caitlyn’s FIGHT Family Financial Benefit Program was created to help with these type of little things.  With the funds from this program, we’ve been able to help alleviate stress for quite a few families by simply paying cell phone bills,  electric bills, co-payments and medical bills or providing hotel accommodations, just to name a few.

We work hand-in-hand with families who are currently in treatment at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.  While our program is still in it’s infancy, we have already helped many families financially deal with the rigors of coping with a child who is affected by pediatric cancer.

This program is open to all hospitals in the United States.  If you know of a child or family with a child diagnosed with a rare form of pediatric cancer or an associated blood disorder who are in need of assistance, please have their social worker get in touch with us for details through the Caitlyn’s FIGHT website contact us page.
